Take the first step toward feeling stronger and more confident. Start with a complimentary Personal Fitness Evaluation and get a plan built around you and your fitness goals.

What To Expect During A Personal Fitness Evaluation
Each Personal Fitness Evaluation is an hour-long consultation that includes:
Functional Movement Screening:
This screening consists of three mobility tests: a squat mobility test, a shoulder mobility test, and an active straight leg raise test. A Functional Movement Screening helps our team better understand any movement limitations or imbalances, allowing us to create a baseline to monitor improvement, optimize performance, and mitigate potential injuries.
InBody Scan:
Our InBody scan takes bioelectrical Impedance measurements to assess body composition. By sending a small electrical signal through your body, the scan measures muscle mass, body fat, and total body water, giving us a full picture of your current composition. It also tells us your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) – how many calories your body needs at rest – and helps us understand what your caloric intake should look like to exercise safely. The InBody scan provides a much better picture of health than just BMI alone!
Fitness Goals Assessment:
After you complete the mobility tests and InBody Scan, we will review your current exercise routine and fitness goals. During this one-on-one discussion, we will also discuss your fitness history, injuries, motivations, and your support system. We want to get a full picture of you so we can make the best program recommendations!
Fitness Program Recommendation:
Based on our assessments, we will then provide you with a list of programs that best fit your goals and current mobility level. If we have an upcoming Challenge or new member promotion, we will let you know the details, too! There is no pressure to sign up for a membership the same day. We want you to review each program and make an informed decision that will be the most sustainable for you and your weekly schedule.
