Kim

Yoga | RYT-200 Instructor

Kim is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher who has been practicing since 2020. Her classes are accessible, breath-centered, and supportive for all bodies, emphasizing gentle movement, mindful awareness, and meeting students exactly where they are.

Before finding yoga, Kim worked as an ICU nurse. After multiple hip surgeries made it impossible to continue in the career she loved, she faced the challenge of rebuilding her life in a body with new limitations. That journey led her to yoga, a practice she often says saved her life. Through breath, movement, and mindfulness, she rediscovered strength, resilience, and a deep sense of connection to herself.

Today, Kim is passionate about sharing what she has learned. She believes yoga is for everybody and every stage of life, and she is living proof that healing, growth, and joy are possible even when the path looks different from what was expected. Students can expect a welcoming, supportive environment where they are encouraged to move gently, breathe deeply, and leave class feeling more at home in their bodies.

Today, Lindsey is dedicated to empowering an incredibly talented coaching staff and cultivating an environment that is encouraging, energizing, and welcoming to all fitness levels.
