Tranzform Next Gen
Get Stronger. Build Power. Perform Better.
Built for the Next Generation of Athletes.
Tranzform Next Gen is our premier youth strength and performance training program for students. Our program is built to develop explosive power, strength, and total-body control, helping young athletes and anyone ready to challenge themselves perform at a higher level in everything they do.
Over six flexible weeks this summer, students train twice per week in small groups of no more than 10 participants. Every session is intentionally designed around strength training, plyometrics, and functional movement. Participants will develop coordination, balance, and power that directly translate into performance on the field, court, or track.
Even better, Next Gen goes beyond athletics. Athletes will also build discipline, resilience, and leadership skills that carry well beyond their sport. Under the guidance of Coach Chris and Coach Brendan, your athlete won’t just leave as a better competitor; they’ll leave as a more confident, well-rounded individual, building habits around hard work, consistency, and accountability that will serve them for the rest of their lives.

What Athletes Will Develop
- Strength training and plyometric development for power and explosiveness
- Explosive power, coordination, and movement mechanics for on-field performance
- Balance, acceleration, and age-appropriate progressions
- Progress tracking and personal record setting via the Tranzform app and report cards
- Discipline, resilience, and leadership skills that extend beyond sports
- Small group setting — 10 athletes max — with individualized coaching attention
Next Gen Is for Your Athlete If…
- They're in 8th–12th grade
- They want to return to their next season stronger, more powerful, and more explosive than before.
- They're new to strength training or already have a little experience. Sessions are coached and adjusted to meet each athlete at their current level.
- They thrive in a structured, team-oriented environment with coaches who push them and believe in them.
- They want to build more than physical strength and want to develop the mindset, discipline, and confidence of a high-performing athlete.
- They don't have to be a competitive athlete. If a student wants to get stronger, move better, build healthy habits, and show up for whatever life brings them, Next Gen was built for them too.
