Strong Isn’t a Look. It’s a Feeling.
SHEStrong is built on the belief that women deserve education, support, and science-backed strategies to navigate menopause and midlife transitions with confidence. This open house offers the opportunity to learn how intentional movement, nutrition, and lifestyle habits can support energy, resilience, and long-term wellness.
What You’ll Learn
Menopause is a major life transition, yet many women are left without clear guidance or support. Our SHEStrong Open House is designed to help attendees learn more about:
- Improving nutrition and incorporating strength training during menopause.
- How lifestyle changes, such as hydration, sleep, and stress management, can also positively impact menopause symptoms.
- Three practical steps you can take right now to feel better.
- Important questions to ask your healthcare provider about menopause support.
